Delete your account
We're sad to see you go, but deleting your Pickle account is quick, permanent, and entirely under your control.
Delete from within the app (fastest)
- Open Pickle and sign in.
- Go to Settings (gear icon on your profile).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. That's it, deletion is immediate.
Can't access the app?
Email us at iminapickle.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request," and we'll delete your account within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account first.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (display name, avatar, email, and any phone number)
- All pickles you posted, including photos
- All votes you cast
- Your friend connections
- Your push notification tokens
This cannot be undone. There is no recovery window. Once deleted, your data is gone.
What may be retained
- Subscription records: if you purchased Pickle Pro, Apple/Google and RevenueCat retain transaction records as required for financial compliance. Your subscription itself must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription.
- Moderation records: anonymized safety and moderation logs may be retained where required to enforce our Terms of Service.
